Subscription Pricing

Apps in Insight Cloud are priced in terms of annual subscriptions, but will soon support monthly subscription pricing as well.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions renew each year, on the date of purchase of the subscription. Changes to the subscription payment need to be made with 30 days of notice to the subscriber, allowing them to cancel their subscription, if they desire.

Delinquent Subscriptions

Payments not made within the subscriber's payment terms, will be marked delinquent and lose access to your apps immediately, until the debt is settled. By default, subscribing orgs have N/30 payment terms, which provides them 30 days to pay their bill before being marked delinquent.
