Getting Started
Activating your Account
Once you have been invited to Insight Cloud, you will receive an email that contains a link to activate your account. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact your administrator to have the invite resent.
After you click this link, you will be taken to an activation page where you must enter some basic profile details, a password, and agree to Seek's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Once you have entered this information, click the "Activate Account" button to complete the activation process. You will be taken to your Insight Cloud homepage where you can begin using the platform.
What's Next?
Once you have activated your account, you can begin exploring Insight Cloud. Here are some things you can do to get started:
- Open your left navigation panel to view what features are available to you
- Click My Apps or My Reports to see what apps and reports you have access to
- Learn more about Insight Cloud by continuing to read our docs. A few good foundational articles to start with are:
- Discover new analytics apps by going to the App Store.
Logging into Insight Cloud
To log into Insight Cloud, navigate to https://cloud.seekinsights.com and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Warning
Password reset links exire after 30 minutes. Only trigger "Forgot Password" if you are ready to reset your password.
