Contacting Support Through Insight Cloud
Need help or want to report an issue? The fastest and most effective way to contact Seek’s Insight Cloud Support Team is directly through Insight Cloud using our integrated bug capture tool.
This method helps our team see exactly what you're experiencing so we can resolve your issue more efficiently.
How to Contact Support
Follow these steps to send a detailed support request:
- Log in to Insight Cloud
- Go to cloud.seekinsights.com and log in to your account.
- Click your user avatar
- Find your avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Contact Us”
- Choose how to share your experience
- Click Start recording (recommended) to capture video of the issue as it happens.
- Or, click Take screenshot if you just need to capture a static image.
- Grant permissions
- When prompted, click Allow to let the bug capture tool record your screen.
- Reproduce the issue
- Perform the steps that led to the problem. This helps our team understand what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Stop the recording
- Click the red stop icon in the top right corner when you’re done.
- Enter your contact details and issue summary
- Confirm your email address
- Enter a title for the issue
- Provide a description with any relevant details
- Select feedback type - choose the category that best fits your message:
- Feature Request
- Issue
- Other
- Click “Submit”
- Click “Close”

Your recording or screenshot, along with your notes, will be sent directly to Seek’s Insight Cloud Support Team. We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps as soon as possible.
